Maextro V800 (Zunjie V800) Flagship MPV Officially Revealed: Extended-Range Hybrid, Huawei ADAS, and 275 km Electric Range
Maextro has released official images of its new flagship large MPV, the V800 (known in China as the Zunjie V800), following the model’s earlier filing with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The V800 sits above the existing S800 in the brand’s lineup and enters the market as a direct competitor in China’s increasingly contested ultra-premium MPV segment. Powertrain details confirmed through the MIIT filing show a 1.5T range-extender system paired with a WLTC pure-electric range of up to 275 km.

Design Maextro V800: Stately Rather Than Trendy
The V800’s front end builds on the S800’s visual identity with refined detailing. A fully enclosed grille spans the nose, flanked by bold Z-shaped LED light clusters on either side. At the center, the Maextro brand logo is illuminated — a small but effective touch for low-speed presence and nighttime recognition. A LiDAR module is integrated into the roofline, and based on the hardware layout, it is expected to run Huawei’s latest QIANKUN intelligent driving system.

The side profile adopts a two-tone upper-and-lower body treatment paired with large-diameter disc wheels, elevating the visual premium. Door handle areas incorporate ambient lighting strips, and a welcome carpet projection feature is included — details increasingly expected at this price point in China.

At the rear, Maextro has deliberately stepped away from the currently fashionable full-width light bar. Instead, the V800 uses vertically-oriented, rounded-rectangle taillights with a chrome trim strip running across the center. The result is a sense of depth and layering that feels deliberate rather than fashion-driven.
Size Maextro V800: Every Millimeter a Statement
The V800 measures 5,495 × 2,006 × 1,850 mm with a 3,430 mm wheelbase — generous proportions that comfortably justify a three-row, seven-seat layout. Front track is 1,728 mm, rear track 1,734 mm. Approach and departure angles come in at 14° and 16° respectively, with a 940 mm front overhang and 1,125 mm rear overhang.

Interior Maextro V800: Rear-Cabin Focus
Official interior images are limited to a single rear-cabin detail shot for now, but it reveals an onboard refrigerator, fold-out second-row tray tables, crystal-finish ambient lighting, and a starlight headliner. Third-row seats support both folding and tumbling, expanding the cargo area from 590 mm to 1,474 mm longitudinally — a notable swing for a vehicle expected to serve both school-run families and executive transfer duties.

Powertrain Maextro V800: Dual-Motor Four-Wheel Drive with Extended Range
The V800 is powered by a 1.5T range-extender engine producing 127 kW (122 kW net), manufactured by Anhui JAC Group. Two electric motors handle drive duties — 160 kW at the front axle and 230 kW at the rear — in a four-wheel-drive configuration. A 63.2 kWh battery pack supports two range variants: 275 km and 265 km pure-electric range (WLTC). Full pricing and additional specifications will be confirmed closer to the official launch.
